Papadeli – We are looking for an experienced full-time Pastry Chef at Papadeli. It will be to fulfil catering orders, making creative & original cakes, tray bakes and sweet items for the deli. We will need someone who is interested in all aspects of the kitchen, be super imaginative with ingredients and be flexible and happy to work in other sections of the kitchen when needed. So the job may have a 4 day pastry 1 day savoury split. This is a great opportunity to develop skills, work with high-quality ingredients, make everything from scratch and be creative. Would need to be happy as part of a friendly team and also an independent worker who’s good at thinking on your feet.
