Ethicurean Ferments

The Pennington brothers from The Ethicurean Restaurant in Wrington, Bristol are excited to release a range of raw, live & probiotic fermented foods.

The initial batches are three types of sauerkraut; a nutritious fermented cabbage:

  • Classic zingy sauerkraut
  • Vibrant carrot, turmeric & ginger
  • Earthy beetroot & caraway.

Made from local organic ingredients, they are unpasteurised and have undergone temperature-controlled fermentation. They are nutrient-rich and full of gut-loving microbes.

Available as a three-pack, sent through the post to you directly. The online sales will help support your gut flora, assist the growers at Barley Wood Kitchen Garden & aid the re-invention of The Ethicurean project. Ethicurean Ferments has also planned and built a portion of it’s production to donate to Bristol Food Union and feeding those in need.
