Kabala Kitchen is owned and managed by Bristol-based chef Alice Kabala. After spending three years as kitchen manager and head chef at a highly acclaimed yoga teacher training and retreat centre, she launched Kabala Kitchen in 2016 with then business partner Richard George.
Our aim is to create dishes which are based on familiar, ‘comfort food’ classics, but with an innovative and healthy twist. We take inspiration from a variety of different cuisines, and offer a creative twist on favourites such as quesadillas, hot dogs, ramen noodles, carbonara and more. Almost every element of our food is handmade from scratch in our little kitchen in Ashton.
Sustainability is important to us and at the core of what we do. As our menu is 100% plant-based, it uses much fewer of our planet’s finite resources to produce. We seek out local suppliers for our produce, and design our menu around seasonal ingredients to further lower our carbon and water footprint. All of our disposables are recyclable or compostable (never plastic), and we encourage consumers to bring their own reusable container by donating 5% of the dish price to Avon Wildlife Trust’s community food project ‘Grow Wilder’
We are currently offering a doorstep delivery service fortnightly on Friday afternoons, so customers can enjoy our comfort food in the comfort of their own home! All of the dishes will be delivered cold, alongside simple heating instructions, and will be dropped on the doorstep, making a completely contact-free delivery! As always, we are maintaining extremely high cleaning and hygiene standards.
Our minimum order value is £15. You can book online at: https://www.kabalakitchen.co.uk/doorstep-deliveries
A delivery charge of £1.75 will apply, and we are delivering to zones BS1-16, 34 and 41
